All Of Me Seen Camp is a Somatics and Mindfulness Summer Camp that provides girls ages 6yrs to 13yrs with the tools to experience more freedom of expression, presence and confidence in their lives.

Program Overview
All Of Me Seen Camp is a Somatics and Mindfulness Summer Camp that provides girls ages 6yrs to 13yrs with the tools to experience more freedom of expression, embodiment and compassion in their lives with a focus on:
Engagement
Each session will consist of mindfulness practices as a way for the participants to find presence within themselves and engage in social emotional learning.
Embodiment
Facilitators will guide the participants through a series of Somatic exercises and games to foster emotional, energetic and physical embodiment.
Empowerment
Each day the participants will engage in practices of social emotional learning and cultivating embodiment which promotes confidence, autonomy and empowerment.

All bodies, ethnicities are welcome.
