About the event
We don’t need to ‘fix’ ourselves. There is nothing wrong with us. Humanity has been vilified and we’ve been taught to hide it, to cover it, to make it look better, to mask it.
Each month we'll explore a different concept of Somatics, Mindfulness and Energetic Awareness. We'll use breathwork, tonal practices, visualization, somatic movement and discussion to sense into our bodies knowing, deepen into our hearts feeling and broaden into our minds understanding. After each session I'll facilitate a group energy balancing to support smooth and graceful integration of the experience.
